The next part of my new military dark fantasy/dystopian series Friends of my Enemy is now live!
Is this seems familiar, well it probably should be. I released part 1, First Meeting, two weeks ago. And that is how things are going to go… until June. Whew.
Don’t worry, I’m not going to irritate you here every two weeks with a release announcement. I think I’d get sick of missing my regular posts! But I’ll let you know about the big ones, like when Stories from the War goes on pre-order, which should be around April 1.
But since this story line is just gearing up and the two week release schedule for the individual short stories is new, I wanted to let you know. Plus I worked really hard on the covers and blurbs… oh yeah and the writing too! So it is nice to finally have them see their moment in the sun. 🙂
Oh and they are going to be FREE. Did I mention that yet?
If you want to see which is the next story to come out and when it is live, check the What’s New page for updates. You can see the release timeline here. Keep in mind that life happens… things can get a bit skewed!
And with that, let me introduce Orders: Part 2 of Stories from the War!

Continue the military dystopian series Friends of my Enemy with Orders, Part 2 of Stories from the War.
The unraveling of the US in 2055 escalates, leaving those in its embassies in Europe to watch their homeland spiral into chaos with the barest information of what is really taking place. As events unfold that the US cannot fully hide, Arinna Prescot uses new allies to discover the lies in what they’ve officially been told. Doubts emerge that, even if there is a home to return to, those in power cannot be trusted.
Given two offers of help to escape a country ripping itself apart, Arinna must choose between betrayal and love. Only one offer will save both herself and her husband but will brand them as traitors. The other would end her marriage. How do you choose between country, spouse, and friend when you cannot be true to all three at once?
